生命是一場無盡追逐的過程，永無止境地追逐著無從追尋的彼端，如旋轉木馬般不停旋轉，且保持永恆距離。而最終卻發現，一切其實都是在追逐著自己。『彼端』運用人與馬之抽象殘影概念闡述人們如旋轉木馬般追逐著生命之一切卻保持著永恆的距離，並且迷失著自我。從鏡中世界闡述內心的掙扎與繁雜的思緒,讓人們能在最終正視並且瞭解自己。

"Beyond" by AMY ChingChun Wen is an abstract narrative that asks the viewer to look into a mirror as it addresses the psychological struggles, frustrations and depressions that complicate human thoughts. Through a subtle layering of atmospheric images at the border of abstraction, the film engages in a philosophical discussion about we seek to discover our real selves.
